At Vydraulics, we have been building one strong and recognisable organisation for many years. Behind the scenes, our companies have been working increasingly closely together, and externally we are presenting ourselves more and more as one European system integrator for Motion & Control. We are now taking the next step. On 15 August 2026, the legal company names of a number of companies within our group changed. From 1 September 2026, we will also use these new company names in all our external communications.
The following changes have been made:
- Doedijns BV becomes Vydraulics Netherlands BV
- Vapo Hydraulics NV becomes Vydraulics Belgium NV
- Vremac Cylinders BV becomes Vydraulics Cylinders BV
What is changing?
From now on, the new company names will appear in our communications, on our documents and within our systems. This includes quotations, invoices, certificates, reports, email communications and contact details.
Our people, locations, services and the way we work with our customers and partners remain exactly the same. Existing agreements and points of contact are also unchanged.
Why are we taking this step?
By aligning our legal company names, we are making it even clearer what Vydraulics stands for: one organisation where knowledge, engineering expertise and collaboration come together to deliver complete Motion & Control solutions.
This shared identity is also reflected in our new payoff: Solid Solutions. Flexible Minds.
It represents our commitment to delivering reliable, well-engineered solutions while remaining flexible, curious and collaborative in finding the best solution for every challenge. With one recognisable name and one clear identity, we can communicate even more clearly what Vydraulics stands for.
