Five-axis CNC milling
The heart of our production consists of 7 five-axis milling machines from DMG and Mazak. These machines process complex manifold geometries in a single set-up, resulting in higher accuracy and shorter lead times.
Maximum dimensions up to 1,250 x 880 x 800 mm on the DMG DMU125P, or up to 3,000 x 800 x 720 mm on the Mazak VTC 800/30SR. Complemented by horizontal and vertical machining centres for larger production runs.

7 machines from DMG and Mazak for complex 3D geometries in a single set-up. Maximum 1,250 x 880 x 800 mm.
CNC turning
9 lathes up to 5 axes, diameter up to 580 mm and length up to 3,000 mm. Including hard turning.
Surface grinding
Okamoto and Chevalier surface grinders for the finest surface finishes.
3D measuring
Climate-controlled measuring room with Wenzel coordinate measuring machine up to 1,000 x 1,000 x 2,500 mm.
Material expertise
Experience with aluminium, cast iron (GGG40), steel (S355, HYT60) and stainless steel (AISI316).
Automated
Robot loading and pallet changer systems for unmanned production and consistently high quality.
Quality control in climate-controlled measuring room
Every manifold and every milled part is inspected in our climate-controlled 3D measuring room. With a Wenzel coordinate measuring machine (measuring range 1,000 x 1,000 x 2,500 mm) and supplementary measuring equipment, we guarantee that every product meets the specified tolerances.
On request, we provide detailed measurement reports for each workpiece. These reports are a standard requirement for many customers in the offshore, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries.
