From inspection to test report
Upon arrival, each component is inspected and a report is produced with our findings and a plan of action for the repairs. After your approval, the work is carried out by our skilled and certified service engineers - either in our workshops or on site.
With well-trained staff, extensive spare parts stock and years of experience in repairing valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, manifolds and other hydraulic equipment, we carry out your projects quickly and with great care. Once the repairs are complete, the equipment is placed on a test bench and a test report is produced before we return the equipment to you.
A fully equipped workshop always nearby
To minimise downtime, Vydraulics has service locations at centrally situated sites in the Netherlands and Belgium. This means repairs and overhauls can always be carried out in a nearby, fully equipped workshop.
Our highly skilled service and repair engineers can carry out repairs and overhauls on any brand of hydraulic cylinder, pump, motor, valve, manifold, accumulator, winch or any other hydraulic system. The team is also fully certified to carry out on-site services, whether onshore or offshore.
Hydraulic equipment

Overhaul of hydraulic pumps and motors of any brand. Test bench trials before and after repair with detailed reporting.

Repair and reconditioning of proportional valves, servo valves and manifold assemblies. Cleaned and functionally tested before return.

Inspection, charging and recertification of bladder and piston accumulators. Overhaul of hydraulic winches including bearing inspection and gear measurement.
Hydraulic cylinders

Every incoming cylinder is inspected and provided with a repair plan in accordance with the most recent regulations and applicable industry standards.

From very small cylinders to long-stroke cylinders - we have the capabilities and certifications to repair and test every type. Including advice on improved rod coatings.

Depending on the age of the equipment, it is sometimes more cost-effective to replace than to overhaul. We can provide a quotation for both options.
Offshore equipment

Repair and overhaul of LARS, HPU and handling systems. All components including the frame and structural steel parts are restored to 'as-new' condition, repainted and functionally tested.

Depending on the damage, we can repair equipment while it is still offshore. Our certified engineers are deployable in the most demanding maritime environments.

Our engineering department helps you extend the service life of your offshore equipment. Where appropriate, we also advise on replacement when that is the more economical option.
