Configure-to-Order (CTO)
Product configured from standard modules. Smart customisation for applications where proven components are sufficient. Fast delivery.
Make-to-Order (MTO)
Product manufactured to order based on an existing design. Produced in our own workshops. Full documentation and certification included.
Engineer-to-Order (ETO)
Product specifically designed to order. Co-development from concept to fully operational system, delivered turnkey. For complex projects where standard solutions are not sufficient.
Power units
Power units are the heart of every hydraulic system. We supply units in all sizes:
- Compact: Small power packs for mobile applications, 12V/24V DC driven. Suitable for trailers, lifting platforms and small machines.
- Industrial: Power units for production environments and workshops, 380V AC driven. With air or water cooling, heating for cold conditions and remote monitoring.
- Heavy duty: Large units for maritime, offshore and heavy industry. Redundant systems, emergency power backup and containerised versions. Available with electric, diesel, hybrid or battery-powered systems. Lloyd's and other classification societies.
Integrated systems
For complex applications, Vydraulics delivers complete hydraulic installations, engineered and built as one integrated solution. Depending on the application, these systems include hydraulic power units, manifolds and valve blocks, control systems with instrumentation and monitoring, piping and hoses, and the supporting frame or enclosure. Every installation is tailored to the required performance, operating environment and customer specifications.
Everything is assembled and tested in our own workshops in the Netherlands and Belgium before delivery to the customer.
