Flushing to the required cleanliness class in accordance with NAS 1638 or ISO 4406, with measurement results as proof. Using the system pump or our own mobile flushing units.
Reporting
Fully documented flushing process including measurement results before and after. Based on a pre-defined flushing plan.
Testing and certification
Pressure tests and function tests
Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests, leak tests and full function tests for pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and manifolds.
Certification DNV/Lloyd's/ABS
Certification by recognised third parties for maritime, offshore and industrial applications. Testing on-site or in our own facilities.
Calibration and reporting
Calibration of measuring instruments and control components. Full test documentation with measurement results, conclusions and certificates.
Oil sampling and analysis
On-site sampling
Professional sampling at your location using portable measuring equipment. Immediate ISO and NAS values determined on-site. Approximately 80% of all hydraulic failures are caused by contaminated oil.
Laboratory analysis
Comprehensive laboratory testing for viscosity, water content, acidity, oxidation and wear particles — providing a complete picture of oil condition.
