Certified from design to delivery
The certification process begins at the design stage. Vydraulics leads the complete Design Appraisal Drawing (DAD) process, from drawing approval to production witnessing and final inspection. Our experience with classification societies ensures a smooth and efficient process.
All certified cylinders are produced by qualified welders with standardised and approved welding procedures. Materials are exclusively sourced from certified suppliers. The result: a cylinder with full traceability and a cylinder passport as proof.

Quality assurance in every detail
With certified cylinders, every detail is documented. From the origin of the material to the qualification of the welder, from heat treatment to final inspection - everything is recorded in the cylinder passport.
Vydraulics produces both 3.1 and 3.2 cylinders according to EN 10204. For 3.2 cylinders, all material tests are carried out by an independent body, providing the highest level of quality assurance.
